1. Mercedes Homes selectively enters into partnership with various leading manufacturers, specifying the use of those manufacturer's products in order to consistently offer our customers products of value and quality in their homes.
2. Mercedes Homes requires its Manufacturer Partners to directly negotiate and guarantee corporate pricing for their products in order to provide our homebuyers with price stability and continuing value.
3. Mercedes Homes requires its Manufacturer Partners to grant preferred customer status for the purpose of providing our customers with a dependable delivery schedule whenever possible during periods of materials shortage.
4. Manufacturer Partners must guarantee the materials and workmanship of their products to Mercedes Homes and our customers in accord with all applicable code requirements and Mercedes Homes warranty provisions.
